Shannon Paine is a member of our Board of Directors and holds the office of Secretary for MCC.  Shannon has a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Public Administration and has gained professional experience in not-for-profit governance as in-house counsel for various regulatory organizations. She currently works as Legal Counsel for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Shannon has provided presentations to a number of volunteer Boards on the topic of Good Governance.


Arts & Culture Grants: a primer on applications for funding –            March 2, 2022

Pam Fossen is a freelance communications specialist, working mainly in the financial services and fintech industries. Since 2012, she has also worked with some of Ontario’s community arts organizations to write grant and funding proposals. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Pam later obtained a Doctoral degree in Film, Media and Communications from the University of Otago. When not working (and not in the middle of a pandemic), Pam is either busy travelling or planning her next trip.

Maestro Mastromonaco is currently the Music Director for the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra, Burlington Symphony, Opera York, York Symphony, and Mississauga Symphony Youth Orchestra. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he obtained a Master of Music Degree from the State University of New York and holds diplomas from the Vienna Conservatory, Salzburg Mozarteum and Accademia Musicale Chigiana.

Christina graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2016 with a Bachelors of Accounting and Financial Management and later achieved her CPA designation in 2018. She works at Farnham + Company Accountants and Advisors as a Manager of the Tax and High Net Worth team. Christina specializes in accounting for investments while also preparing personal, corporate and trust returns. In her spare time, Christina likes to spend time with her growing family and friends and has a strong passion for Bollywood dance.
